The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The GTM Commercial Ops Strategy & Ops Associate will be a key member of the Central Operations team within Global Business Organization (GBO). They will partner closely with Deal Desk leadership, Central Ops, cross GTM Ops teams, and leadership to act as an advisor to executives. The Associate will help build a scalable commercial engine by leveraging data insights, designing future processes with AI solutions embedded to create leverage, optimize growth and scale in our sales organization and will be responsible for helping crack important strategic and operational problems facing the business. The Associate should have a strong strategic mindset with data and analytical skills while also being able to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, have high attention to detail, be open-minded to challenge the status quo, and work in a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from themselves and business partners. This candidate should have a bias to action and ability to self-start with use of AI tools and innovative solutions to solve the most important business
