About The Position
PointOne (Series A; backed by YC, 8VC, General Catalyst, and Bessemer Venture Partners; 250+ firms relying on us worldwide) is building the time data layer for all knowledge work. This role is for an ambitious generalist that wants to execute projects across an entire company. The role involves working with the co-founder & CEO across various commercial projects. Examples of work include strategy and outreach to leaders in a new vertical, planning and execution of a novel recruiting event, and content and timing for a new product launch. This role is not for individuals seeking a defined scope and a stable roadmap.
Requirements
- Ambitious generalist.
- Background in consulting, engineering, private equity, or operations leadership.
- Experience in an environment known for excellence and a high bar.
- Driven to eventually lead a team, a whole function, become an executive, or start own company.
Responsibilities
- Execute projects across the entire company.
- Work with the co-founder & CEO on various commercial projects.
- Develop strategy and outreach for new vertical entry.
- Plan and execute recruiting events.
- Develop content and timing for new product launches.
