As a Strategy & Operations Manager, Account Management you will join a team of Strategy & Business Operations Associates, who partner closely with the Chief of Staff to uncover data-driven insights and implement cross-functional initiatives to enable coaching at scale. In this specific role you will be focused on building a new go-to-market segment and approach that focuses on creating CxO engagement through peer connections and a consultative, solution based sales experience. For success in the role it is critical that you are comfortable working alongside BetterUp’s executive team and board of directors to develop, drive, and report on the most pressing organizational initiatives that drive key business outcomes. You handle problem-solving with poise and attention to detail, ensuring that all functions of your business are operating efficiently. Qualified candidates have data analytics capabilities, are operationally-savvy, well-organized, passionate about solving problems, and have the executive presence to manage complex interpersonal situations.
