Requirements

• 10–15+ years in strategy, marketing, or commercial leadership
• Experience in complex B2B environments (energy, industrial, technology)
• Proven track record of growth and transformation
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen
• Experience working with executive or board-level stakeholders
