About The Position

Savage is seeking a high-performing junior or senior student for a 3-month internship within our Strategy team for Summer 2027. This internship provides structured exposure to enterprise strategy, industry analysis, growth planning, and internal performance measurement. This role is designed for students who are ready to move beyond basic coursework and contribute meaningfully to strategic business priorities. The Strategy Intern will work closely with the Strategy team and other leaders across the business to develop insights, support growth frameworks, and help translate data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information clearly
• Self-motivated and a team player with a “can-do” attitude
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, research sources, and business performance metrics
• Interest in corporate strategy, growth, operations, market analysis, or business transformation
• Experience working and collaborating in a team environment
• Currently pursuing a degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, analytics, supply chain, or a related field; minimum GPA 3.3

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, risks, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
• Support the development of growth frameworks, strategic assessments, and business case materials
• Analyze internal performance metrics and summarize insights that help leaders understand business performance
• Synthesize data from internal and external sources into clear, concise presentations and executive-ready summaries
• Collaborate with the Strategy team and cross-functional partners on strategic initiatives and special projects
