About The Position

Implements standardized procedures to streamline project management tasks. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. Works with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Monitors project progress and adjusts plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Provides regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and addressing challenges. Drafts strategic recommendations for decision-making in high-impact projects. Stays informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Supports strategic plan development using relevant data sources and dashboards. Presents findings and strategies to stakeholders through comprehensive presentations. Identifies opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensures coordination and alignment with market expansion initiatives for organizational growth. Mentors team members and fosters collaboration to build a strong organizational culture. Performs other duties as assigned.

Project and process management skills, with a clear ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with proficiency in advanced project management tools and software.

Exhibit competency in all Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Communication Sites, etc.).
Bachelor's Degree [Required]
An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Bachelor's Degree [Required] OR 4+ years of experience in health care strategy, business development, or management consulting experience [Required]

Nice To Haves

Experience in Strategic Planning, particularly within health care / health system provider setting, with the ability to synthesize analytics and market intelligence to inform data-driven recommendations.
Master's [Preferred]
2+ of experience in healthcare strategy [Preferred]
3+ in health care planning or finance, business development, or management consulting [Required]
Work experience in financial services, management consulting, or business planning in health care is highly desired [Preferred]
