Requirements

  • Substantial experience leading brand and creative strategy within premium design consultancies, brand agencies, or strategic marketing roles.
  • Deep experience steering massive global consumer brands (CPG / FMCG), with a strong understanding of packaging design systems, structural branding, and omnichannel brand expression.
  • Strong familiarity with integrating digital ecosystems, social analytics, trend forecasting, and AI-powered tools into the creative workflow.
  • A proven ability to make others—including complex client stakeholder groups—passionate ambassadors for the agency's strategic and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development phase of projects, translating complex business problems into clear design briefs and concrete creative opportunities.
  • Work alongside creative teams in the studio to ensure that strategic recommendations are beautifully and consistently carried through from concept to final execution.
  • Design and deliver inspiring creative briefs that challenge conventional thinking and push design output into distinct, brave, and award-winning spaces.
  • Strategically plan and manage internal and freelance strategy resources for your core client accounts, matching project requirements with the right talent.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Client Leadership to map out project milestones, define strategic outputs, manage timelines, and ensure flawless, agile delivery.
  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key senior strategy and marketing decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Proactively present Design Bridge and Partners’ full spectrum of capabilities across markets and practices, spearheading new market initiatives in support of the agency’s long-term growth plan.
  • Foster a psychological safe, highly motivated, and inspired team culture. Lead by example with high standards of professionalism and open, constructive communication.
  • Act as a cohesive link across our studio network, encouraging cross-sharing of insights, skills, and strategic intelligence.
