About The Position
The Director, Strategy will play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing key strategic and business initiatives that contribute to the growth of USPI. The role will be responsible for evaluating new market opportunities as the transition to ambulatory surgery care continues across specialties, codifying and implementing system-wide best practices as well as supporting special projects. The role will collaborate extensively with USPI corporate and operations leadership as well as Tenet Healthcare enterprise functional leaders.
Requirements
- Experience in identifying, developing, and implementing strategic and business initiatives.

- Experience codifying and implementing system-wide best practices.
- Experience supporting special projects.
