About The Position

This role reports directly to the Head of Operational Excellence & Quality for San Diego and Korea factories. The Strategy Deployment Manager will lead strategy deployment (using Hoshin Kanri) and adoption on the shopfloor for San Diego & Korea factories. They will assist Factory heads to translate senior leadership priorities into clear factory goals, KPIs, and a focused set of critical initiatives through Hoshin Kanri and catch ball process. This role ensures these priorities are effectively cascaded and adopted at all levels, from leadership to shopfloor, through practical and structured change management (visual management, simple communication artifacts, leader routines). The manager will own and drive the annual strategy deployment cycle and roadmap, including shaping the next planning cycle at the factory level.
