About The Position

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Consultant with experience supporting clients within the Health Industry. This role involves working with management teams and senior leadership to support client engagements across public and/or private sector health. The focus is on transforming business, operations, or care models to achieve objectives related to health access, outcomes, and experience. As a consultant, you will be adept at working within teams, mentoring analysts, and solving complex problems with an analytical and structured approach. Excellent communication and people skills, along with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment, are essential. Experience rooted in the Canadian health system and consulting/advisory roles supporting both public and private sector clients is expected. You should be skilled at navigating ambiguity, structuring complex problems, and guiding senior leaders through transformational change. The ideal candidate is curious, outcomes-driven, and motivated by the opportunity to help health organizations re-think care delivery, funding, and enablement for the future.

Requirements

3+ years of Strategy consulting experience
2+ years of experience working with Health and/or Life Sciences institutions at the intersection of Business and Technology (for example: Operating Models, digital disruption)
Practical knowledge and understanding of Analytics and Digital Technologies
Understanding of what it takes for a strategy to be executed
High-level understanding of how ecosystems fit into the digital world, and how digital technology is changing business
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize the issues and present solutions to Senior Leaders
A University Degree is required for this position

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of projects for clients that may include provincial health systems and health authorities, hospitals, health technologies, and care providers to make sure they are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, and delivering value.
Support teams to deliver world-class business, operations, and technology strategy solutions that meet the needs of clients.
Build relationships with clients and Accenture’s leaders and partner with them to create strategic solutions that sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
Provide overall guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes.
Mentor junior members of the team.
