About The Position

We are looking for a Strategy Consultant - Cross-Border Payments to join FXC Intelligence, allowing us to expand our strategic advisory offering for enterprise clients, translating our data and insight into actionable market strategies. You will have the opportunity to work with many of the world’s leading banks, payments and digital assets companies that are clients of FXC Intelligence. You will build and deepen relationships with our enterprise clients through continuous interaction, helping them interpret our benchmarking data and translating these insights into go-to-market, operational and broader strategies for the client You will bridge FXC’s benchmarking and market data with clients’ internal data to uncover strategic opportunities and support decision making Partner closely with our Product Specialists to understand the data and how our insights align with client needs Collaboration with the commercial team to deliver advisory projects that strengthen client partnerships At times, travel may be required to visit our clients in person and represent FXC You will spend time working closely with our CEO on a number of high-profile clients

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of cross-border payments and the wider fintech ecosystem
  • Up-to-date on market trends, including new areas such as digital assets and stablecoins
  • Hands-on project delivery: not just advising but leading, structuring and executing workstreams independently
  • Proven strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, EY-Parthenon) or strategy or advisory function in a payments/fintech company
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and insight into actionable commercial strategies
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, including strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at major payment brands
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements

Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships with our enterprise clients through continuous interaction, helping them interpret our benchmarking data and translating these insights into go-to-market, operational and broader strategies for the client
  • Bridge FXC’s benchmarking and market data with clients’ internal data to uncover strategic opportunities and support decision making
  • Partner closely with our Product Specialists to understand the data and how our insights align with client needs
  • Collaboration with the commercial team to deliver advisory projects that strengthen client partnerships
  • Travel may be required to visit our clients in person and represent FXC
  • Spend time working closely with our CEO on a number of high-profile clients
