The Strategy Change Management Analyst is a vital and seasoned professional role within the Mortgage Originations Business Support Services, specifically supporting Mortgage Business Readiness within Change Governance. This position applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge to govern and facilitate key Change Management activities, requirements, and artifacts throughout the Change Lifecycle for various types of change requests. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflows for the area or function, integrating subject matter and industry expertise. This role requires an in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function and how they coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. The role will evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where the development of an approach or action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Strong analytical skills are essential to filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required, as the role regularly assumes informal/formal leadership within teams and is involved in coaching and training new recruits. This position has a significant impact on project success by influencing decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitating services to others in area of specialization. This re-introduced role is crucial to supporting the Mortgage Growth Strategy and ensuring key business objectives can be achieved by upholding Change Management rigor.
