SAIC is seeking an Organizational Change Management Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s newly established Office of Technical Readiness Digital Transformation Office in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for designing and executing structured change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of digital transformation initiatives across Coast Guard headquarters and field operators. The analyst will work closely with government leadership, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to align people, processes, and culture with emerging digital capabilities including digital engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE). This role will be hybrid with two days onsite in Washington, DC and three days flexwork.
