Leads play an essential role in the delivery of client services at Argano. As a Lead in Argano’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice within Oracle, you deliver high quality solutions to address our clients’ most pressing business challenges in a way that exceeds their expectations while building long-standing partnerships. Our Leads accomplish this through collaborating with colleagues from across the OCM practice and Oracle business unit in a way that enhances the client experience as well as advances the internal methodology and toolset. Leads will also play a vital role in the growth of referenceable deliverables and the Argano knowledge repository for future engagements.
