The Base Release Change Analyst is a seasoned professional role serving as a critical Point of Contact between Citi Stakeholders and Vendor Stakeholders. This role is responsible for applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to facilitate, document, monitor, escalate, and drive decisions related to Vendor Base Functionality being delivered to the Citi Production environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflows within the change management function, integrating subject matter and industry expertise. This position requires an in-depth understanding of how various areas collectively integrate within the sub-function, and how they coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. The role will evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where the development of an approach or action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Strong analytical skills are essential to filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required, as the role regularly assumes informal/formal leadership within teams and is involved in coaching and training new recruits. This position has significant impact on project success by influencing decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitating services, directly affecting the work and performance of all involved teams.
