About The Position

Provide project management support for business risk and control oversight, and other large global strategic initiatives. Generate management reporting of business intelligence and other key Investments initiatives. Oversee and perform data collection and evaluation to support change management activities. Design and provide day-to-day support to management through ad hoc analysis and stretch assignments as needed. Coordinate work streams focused on data, technology, and product initiatives related to base releases. Assemble, develop, and structure presentation decks for various stakeholder audiences. Develop and manage strategic solutions for a rapidly evolving group, offering exposure to senior management and positioning for career progression. Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to Policy, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in change management, project management, or business analysis within a financial services or technology environment.
• Required skills include strong project management capabilities, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills are essential to oversee cross-disciplinary work streams and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Extensive project management and strategic analysis experience.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in the financial services industry, particularly in technology and data analysis.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience required.
