Role Overview As the Strategy & Business Operations Manager for Fashion, you’ll help drive measurable growth across US Fashion categories by turning ambiguous problems into structured insights and executable plans. You’ll partner across Category, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Ops to run strategic projects, build performance reporting, and drive cross-functional follow-through. This is an ideal role for an ex-consultant who wants to operate—someone who can combine structured thinking with real execution. Price/value competitiveness is one of the levers you’ll help drive, alongside selection, conversion, seller activation, and trust signals.
