Strategy & Business Intelligence Intern

About The Position
This position will be responsible for providing operational support for the Strategy & Business Intelligence team at SCOR, including but not limited to: assembly, analysis and support in the reconciliation and reporting of new business financials; support for Strategy functions and client-facing objectives, along with support of overall US New Business initiatives. The exact form this takes will be determined at the point of hire depending on the most pressing needs of the team and the appropriateness of work for this position.
Requirements
- Undergraduate business track, preferably Risk Management, Economics or Finance
- Finance, Risk Management, Actuarial or Economics background
- Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft tools and Tableau preferred
Nice To Haves
- Prior work experience in financial services a plus
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Client Solutions and Strategy teams to ensure the objectives of a given assignment are clear
- Ensure the objectives of assigned tasks are achieved with a high degree of quality
- Create and maintain datasets, meeting documentation and new business analysis as needed
- Participate in team meetings such as the daily stand-up and sprint retrospectives
- Provide weekly status updates to the hiring manager
- Other duties as required
