About The Position

The U.S. is one of Innovamat’s most important growth markets, and we’re looking for a Strategy Associate to work closely with Guillem Colet, VP of Global Marketing, on the initiatives that will help us scale. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, growth, and go-to-market. You’ll help answer questions like: How do we reach more schools and educators across the U.S.? Which markets, audiences, and channels should we prioritize? How can we build a stronger top-of-funnel engine? How should we position Innovamat to drive awareness and demand? Which initiatives are actually driving growth, and where should we invest more? You’ll combine strategic thinking and analytical rigor with hands-on execution, working closely with Marketing, Growth, Sales, and local market teams. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn extremely fast, work closely with senior leadership, and have a direct impact on building a company’s growth engine from the ground up.
