About The Position

Innovamat is transforming how math is taught and learned and is looking for a Strategy Associate to work closely with the VP of Global Marketing on initiatives to scale the company's U.S. presence. This role is at the intersection of strategy, marketing, growth, and go-to-market. The associate will help answer key questions about reaching more schools and educators, prioritizing markets, audiences, and channels, building a top-of-funnel engine, positioning the company, and identifying growth drivers. The role involves combining strategic thinking and analytical rigor with hands-on execution, collaborating with Marketing, Growth, Sales, and local market teams. It offers high ownership, rapid learning, close work with senior leadership, and a direct impact on building a company's growth engine.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a high-performing environment such as strategy consulting, investment banking, a high-growth startup, or a strategic marketing/commercial role.
  • Experience working on complex analytical or cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured and commercially minded thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving quickly.
  • High ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Intellectually curious, humble, and eager to learn.
  • Hands-on and comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong collaborator who can build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze U.S. markets, customer segments, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Support go-to-market strategies, market expansion, positioning, and messaging.
  • Help identify the channels and audiences with the highest growth potential.
  • Analyze marketing and funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Support the development of demand-generation campaigns, partnerships, events, and other growth initiatives.
  • Design experiments, measure results, and help scale what works.
  • Build dashboards and frameworks to track growth and funnel performance.
  • Lead high-impact projects from problem definition through execution.
  • Build analyses, business cases, models, and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure initiatives move forward.
