As part of the Education GTM Strategy and Operations team, you will help design, implement, and manage partner incentive programs and internal tools. Your work ensures our software channel partners are effectively incentivized and our internal sales teams are enabled with robust data and tools. As a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate working with Partner Incentives and Tools, you will manage the operations and execution of partner incentive programs for the software channel and own the management of internal GTM tools (including Sales Force), along with supporting key operating projects. You will partner closely with channel leads, data analysts, and order operations to maintain critical GTM tools, and drive process improvements.
