About The Position

As the Strategy and Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the success and growth of VigorCare Pediatric Services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall operations of the company. You will work closely with the executive team to identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and ensure their successful execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and achieving operational goals
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Analyze and evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Manage and lead a team of operations staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality of services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
