About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy and Operations Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and daily operations of our pediatric healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures
Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure financial stability
Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care for patients
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and adaptability
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support to team members
Handle any escalated issues or concerns from patients, families, or staff members
Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on operations and make recommendations for improvement.
