The SMB team is one of Veho's newest and fastest-growing areas of focus: we're building from the ground up, defining the segment, shaping the product, and creating the playbooks that will unlock a massive new market. This is a rare opportunity to join a team where your work will directly shape how a new business line is built. As the Strategy and Operations Manager on the SMB team, you'll be boots on the ground – researching the SMB segment, defining our offering, and building the tools and dashboards that enable our sales and operations teams to succeed. You'll combine qualitative customer insights with quantitative data to help us understand who our SMB customers are, what they need, and how Veho can win their business. We're looking for a scrappy, analytical self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building things that don't exist yet. You'll thrive here if you love rolling up your sleeves, moving fast, and seeing your work directly shape how a new business line takes off. A background in consulting or high-growth operations is a great foundation – what matters most is your drive to figure things out and make an impact.
