  • Comfort using AI tools and LLMs (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate research and build
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-growth environment, marketplace, or logistics business is a plus
  • Exposure to gig economy or marketplace dynamics is of interest, though not required

Responsibilities

  • Automate manual workflows using SQL, GSheets, and lightweight tools to reduce operational burden
  • Build scalable tracking frameworks to consolidate disparate data sources (e.g., feedback, sentiment, cohorts)
  • Partner with senior team members to support weekly driver communications and live market-clearing strategies
  • Participate in marketplace “on-call” rotations, which include occasional weekend coverage

Benefits

  • generous equity
  • incredible career growth opportunities
