The Operations Analytics & Insights Analyst supports the Provider Operations team by turning data into action. This role is responsible for analyzing operational performance, establishing metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities, and partnering with RevOps in building the reporting infrastructure that helps our team move fast and make confident decisions. You will serve as the analytical engine for Provider Operations — owning dashboards, leading root cause analysis, supporting strategic initiatives with data, and contributing to a Voice of the Field insights program that drives continuous improvement across the organization. You will also provide real-time analytical support for PAM task coverage and contribute to SOP generation and maintenance as needed. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving quickly between tactical data pulls and longer-horizon analytical projects. You know how to find the story in the data and communicate it clearly to both operational and leadership audiences.
