Risepoint partners with leading universities to expand access to high-quality online education, and Partner Strategy & Analytics team sits at the center of how those partnerships grow and perform. We're looking for a Strategy & Analytics Manager who can turn complex, full-funnel partner data — from lead generation through yield — into the strategic narrative that shapes how Risepoint invests in and grows its portfolio of partner institutions. This role is built for someone who thrives at the intersection of rigorous analysis and cross-functional leadership. You'll own analytical workstreams end-to-end, from framing the right question to delivering the insight that moves a decision, while partnering closely with Integrated Marketing, Channel Marketing, Partner Management, and Operations teams. You'll be expected to spot the data quality issue before it becomes a stakeholder problem, build the pipelines that make partner performance monitoring reliable, and use AI-assisted tools like Claude and Databricks Genie to work faster without ever outsourcing your judgment. As the team grows, you'll also start building and coaching the analysts around you — this is a role with real room to grow into people leadership. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in an analytical or strategy leadership role (strategy, business analytics, business operations, corporate finance, business transformation) and/or in a professional services organization (consulting, private equity, investment banking)
  • Strong proficiency in Databricks and advanced SQL, including CTE structuring, query performance optimization, and fundamental window functions, with foundational knowledge of data governance and data engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools like Claude and Databricks Genie, prompt engineering, and natural language query interfaces
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query M for data transformation workflows and DAX for calculated measures.
  • Working experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Demonstrated ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree with proven record of achievement and quantitative proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Drive and coordinate multi-stakeholder analytical initiatives across departmental boundaries, serving as a thought partner and initiative lead for Integrated Marketing, Channel Marketing, Partner Management Team, and other operations teams; own workstreams end-to-end from problem framing through insight delivery with minimal direction.
  • Handle highly detailed and complex partner performance data across the full enrollment funnel, from lead generation through yield, and facilitate internal stakeholder conversations that build strategies supporting long-term partner growth.
  • Proactively surface errors, discontinuities, and reconciliation gaps in partner data before they reach stakeholders, approaching each inconsistency as a signal worth tracing to its source rather than an edge case to dismiss.
  • Build and maintain the analytical pipelines and reporting workflows that underpin partner performance monitoring, collaborating with BI and data engineering teams to ensure data access, consistency, and appropriate governance
  • Contribute to Risepoint's AI-first analytical practices by incorporating tools like Claude and Databricks Genie into day-to-day workflows to accelerate analysis and communication; AI is a productivity tool here, not a replacement for analytical judgment, and the expectation is full ownership of and accountability for the work product
  • Work closely with senior management to define analytical strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement across the partner portfolio
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of partner programs and analytical initiatives; surface actionable opportunities from performance data and translate them into recommendations leadership can act on
  • Communicate findings and insights to diverse stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and operational teams, through compelling presentations, structured briefings, and data visualizations that connect technical analysis to strategic
  • Build a strong team with other team members some are expected to report to the Manager eventually by coaching, instructing, and drive projects as a team
