The Strategy & Analytics Manager is a strategic, highly experienced analytics partner responsible for driving advanced insights, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across the Field Service organization. This role requires deep operational understanding, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders through high-quality analysis, executive-level storytelling, and proactive problem solving. In addition to supporting day-to-day operational decision-making, the Strategy & Analytics Manager plays a critical role in supporting growth initiatives by partnering with Commercial Finance to project staffing needs, model costs, and evaluate new business opportunities. This role also leads improvements in data quality, reporting, and analytics capabilities, acting as a key liaison between Field Service, IT, and Finance.
