In this role you will support senior leadership in the development of corporate strategies including M&A ideation/analysis/execution; capital raise transactions and other special situations; market analysis; legislative strategy; formation and management of international entities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Business, or Math.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; proactive, a self-starter, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple complex workstreams in parallel.
  • Ability to bring a measured, data-driven approach to a range of high-priority and high-impact projects.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines across interrelated sophisticated topics.
  • Excitement to apply a “stick with it” attitude towards problems that may not have a clearly defined solution.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization; ability to identify errors within written content.
  • Ability to analyze, present, and communicate data in a clear way.
  • Proactive approach to tasks and preparation of deliverables.
  • Adaptable when interacting with various audiences within and external to the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., conditional resident, asylee or refugee (protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior leadership in the development of corporate strategies including M&A ideation/analysis/execution; capital raise transactions and other special situations; market analysis; legislative strategy; formation and management of international entities.
  • Work cross-functionally, in collaboration with CesiumAstro’s leadership team, to achieve strategic goals across many aspects of our high-growth business.
  • Assist in all stages of strategy development, from inception thorough execution and closure.
  • Serve as a resource to the leadership team on various operational and strategic matters.
  • Operate at the intersection of several disciplines and will have the ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment that exposes them to a variety of experiences.
