About The Position

As a Strategist, you’ll bridge the gap between imagination and data to drive growth for one of the nation’s largest and most innovative wireless telecommunications providers, delivering the right creative at the right time across key digital channels like Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work, possesses 2–5 years of paid digital experience, and is a naturally curious, proactive experimenter ready to collaborate with media, creative, and client teams.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in-house or top-tier agency experience with a proven track record of executing performance creative strategy across paid social channels. (Please note: we are looking for paid social experience, not only organic social.).
  • A trusted partner for our clients who can guide them with paid social strategies that help them achieve their marketing and business goals.
  • Expertise of the digital landscape and knowledge of platform-specific best practices on Meta, YouTube, TikTok and additional/emerging platforms.
  • Proven analytical ability - you can digest data and turn insights into actionable creative strategy that drives growth.
  • Comfortable operating across spreadsheets and storyboards and enjoy using data to tell a story.
  • Understanding of media buying best practices across social channels.
  • Expertise across capabilities (creative, media, analytics), engaging with the larger team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and can summarize insights to create easy-to-understand client-facing reports.
  • Experience creating and implementing long-term testing and optimization practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude, seeing ambiguity as a challenge and not a deterrent.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
  • Experienced and comfortable with presenting to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop advertising strategies across paid media channels including Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Leverage automation tools, AI platforms, and workflow systems to improve reporting, optimization, creative testing, and campaign management.
  • Build and manage structured testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Write clear, persuasive campaign briefs, strategic recommendations, reporting summaries, and client-facing communications.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging AI capabilities in advertising.
  • Partner with creative, analytics, and media buying teams to align strategy with execution.
