Fluency in Utilities, digital, commerce, and sales trends is essential to position Accenture as a thought leader. A high-level understanding of technology platforms and ecosystems in the digital world and how digital technology changes business is also required. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and compelling storytelling for executive audiences. The individual will apply industry expertise directly with clients to bring strategic thinking to challenges in digital, commerce, and sales, developing new strategies and delivering high-impact solutions. Responsibilities include providing thought leadership on digital transformation and customer commercial operations within Utilities, leading digital transformation initiatives, managing project delivery teams, and ensuring successful implementation of strategies within client expectations. They will also lead value analysis, partner with clients on C-Suite issues, grow their own expertise, coach junior team members, and support the profitability of client engagements.
