We are seeking a strategic, business-minded Talent Acquisition professional to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization. The Strategic Talent Partner will drive recruitment strategies that align with business objectives, build strong talent pipelines, provide labor market insights, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting by partnering closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, identify talent gaps, and develop innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Workforce Planning.
  • Strong consultative approach and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and modern recruiting technologies.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

  • Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or specialized talent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future workforce needs.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and specialized positions.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, networking, referrals, and innovative recruiting tools.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Provide labor market intelligence, recruiting analytics, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and selection strategies.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO requirements, and internal hiring policies.
