Requirements

Proven track record in managing strategic supplier relationships and implementing relationship management techniques
Strong negotiation skills with experience in developing and executing supplier agreements
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and performance optimization
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with key suppliers, driving performance excellence and mutual growth opportunities
Lead negotiations for general agreements while identifying and developing cross-organizational synergies
Provide expert guidance and support to internal purchasers across operational and functional teams
Monitor supplier performance metrics and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve performance challenges through collaborative problem-solving
