Requirements

• Experience with FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.
• Ability to complete fair and reasonable price analyses.
• Experience executing program-aligned subcontracts.
• Collaboration skills with key functions within and outside of ISC.
• Experience ensuring the delivery of compliant FAR15 packages to the US government.
• Experience executing strategic long-term agreements with suppliers.
• Experience driving cost savings through effective negotiation and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Driving the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.
• Completing fair and reasonable price analyses.
• Executing program-aligned subcontracts.
• Collaborating with key functions within and outside of ISC to support FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.
• Ensuring the delivery of compliant FAR15 packages to the US government.
• Executing strategic long-term agreements with suppliers.
• Driving cost savings through effective negotiation and supplier management.
