Celonis is seeking a small founding team of Strategic Solutions Directors (Specialist Senior Sellers) to drive the Celonis + Oracle business. This role is a senior, solutions-led overlay position focused on creating pipeline, acquiring new logos, and growing revenue through collaboration with Oracle's sales teams and the broader Oracle ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a strategic solutions leader with a strong understanding of Celonis Process Intelligence and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, capable of engaging in executive-level transformation conversations and co-selling with Oracle field teams and strategic partners. This cross-functional role requires strong executive presence, deep solution credibility, enterprise sales acumen, and the ability to orchestrate complex, multi-party sales motions. The position reports to the VP, Sales (NAM Oracle GTM Leader) with a dotted-line to the Global Oracle Alliance Strategy Leader.
