About The Position

This role involves recruiting, presenting, and filling senior-level direct hire positions for clients, aiming to exceed their needs and expectations. The consultant will identify suitable candidates based on client criteria, schedule interviews, and negotiate salary offers. Additionally, the position requires identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling services, and maintaining a strong network of contacts for candidates and leads. The role also includes attending job fairs, developing professional relationships with educational institutions for recruitment, and understanding how to build effective candidate profiles and sourcing strategies. The consultant will create compelling ads and job postings to maximize sourcing efficiency and reduce time to hire. A key aspect is identifying and assessing candidate information from resumes, evaluating their goals and motivations to ensure success in specific job categories. The role involves initial screening of applicants, evaluating their work history, education, skills, and qualifications. The consultant will also manage employment negotiations, control related fees, identify and resolve objections, and effectively negotiate to secure candidate commitment and job placement. Other duties as assigned may be part of the role.

Responsibilities
