We are seeking a Salesforce professional ready to evolve beyond standard administration and step into a critical, strategic role as a solution architect, systems thinker, and business partner. You will be the owner of a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem, guiding technical decisions, managing multiple complex integrations, and driving advanced reporting needs. This position is a unique chance to take full ownership of a core business platform and directly influence how a growing, profitable company operates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of strategic Salesforce experience in administration and solution design roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing highly customized Salesforce environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Ability to contribute junior-to-mid-level Apex or programmatic solutions.
  • Expertise in managing integrations and external data sources.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Maps, Sales Engagement, or similar tools.
  • Strong background in reporting and analytics, including Tableau.
  • A true Solution Mindset: ability to evaluate requests holistically, considering long-term system stability and downstream impacts.
  • Experience designing scalable, maintainable solutions over quick fixes.
  • Confidence in engaging stakeholders, pushing back when necessary, and proactively proposing superior alternatives.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for business users.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced or challenging environments, effectively managing multiple concurrent projects, and skillfully pivoting to address urgent business needs while maintaining overall strategic priorities.
  • Experience acting as a vital bridge between business strategy and technical implementation teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, supporting and strategically evolving a heavily customized instance.
  • Design and architect scalable, long-term solutions—moving beyond ticket execution to holistically evaluate business requests and determine strategic approaches.
  • Partner directly with multiple team leads and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical solutions, managing simultaneous projects, clearly communicating technical tradeoffs and anticipated business impacts.
  • Manage and enhance critical integrations with external systems (e.g., DocuSign, mobile field inspection tools, and other data sources).
  • Own complex reporting and analytics across Salesforce native tools and Tableau.
  • Lead the intake and prioritization of change requests and projects across various business functions, ensuring strict alignment with broader business processes and minimizing downstream risk.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and guide the business toward optimal platform decisions.
  • Contribute light development work as needed, utilizing Apex, Flows, and integration skills.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external teams using tools like Slack and Jira.
