About The Position

Ridgeline is hiring a Strategic Sales Executive to open and lead relationships with some of the largest and most complex organizations in investment management. The role involves engaging with senior client stakeholders and working alongside solutions consultants, partners, and Ridgeline leaders. This is a new, visible sales motion with the opportunity to shape how the company approaches strategic accounts. In the first year, success means establishing credible relationships with senior stakeholders at priority accounts, building a clear multi-year plan for each account, and creating momentum toward a contract decision. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to clients and colleagues. The role requires extensive travel to meet clients and partners wherever key influence sits. Ridgeline is headquartered in Lake Tahoe, with offices in New York, Reno, and the Bay Area.

Requirements

  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and humility, including the ability to build trust quickly, learn fast, acknowledge when information is unknown, and involve the right people.
  • Ability to connect with stakeholders ranging from senior executives to operational teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high-touch approach to client interactions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Strong drive and genuine enthusiasm for Ridgeline and for building something new.

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans that move opportunities through strategy, evaluation, and implementation planning.
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources, including solutions consultants, partners, and executive sponsors, to advance complex opportunities.
  • Navigate formal procurement and approval processes while delivering a high-touch experience at every interaction.
  • Travel extensively to meet clients and partners.
