The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking a summer intern for its Strategic Risk Management (SRM) team. SRM consists of Internal Controls and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Internal Controls performs quarterly testing of controls that directly affect the Bank’s financial statements to ensure they are free from material misstatement. ERM collaborates with business areas to identify, assess, monitor, and report organizational risks affecting mission-critical operations, and advises senior leaders and the Bank’s Risk Management Committee (RMC). The intern will gain a basic understanding of both teams and their processes, assist with controls testing across business areas, research topics for RMC and other advisory group meetings, and help create or update materials and documentation while recommending improvements as requested. This is a paid, full-time, temporary summer internship located in the Dallas office. The program runs approximately 10–12 weeks, beginning in mid-to-late May and concluding in August. The scheduled workweek is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week); some additional hours may be required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available. Participation does not guarantee future employment.
