About The Position

Support and work closely with the Head of Research Manager in providing relevant insights based on audience measurement and marketing data that helps the company to make sound business decisions. Address key challenges and concerns and identify new ways to grow the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum five years of experience on Media research related job.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop data-driven insights.
  • Excellent research and data analysis abilities, with proficiency in using local TV and Radio audience measurement analytical tools and software.
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point programs.
  • Knowledge of the Media and Advertising Market landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to WAPA MEDIA AND HEMISPHERE Management.
  • Develop daily/weekly/monthly reports to convey media performance and identify opportunities and threats.
  • Work daily TV reports and Graphs with Nielsen TAM data.
  • Prepare monthly Radio reports by Demos / Dayparts consistent with Nielsen RAM data release.
  • Work on weekly US Hispanic stations reports (based on Comscore and YouTube data) for Hemisphere programming team.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing teams by developing key data insights and effective communication strategies for current and prospective clients (local and National) to support growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with local and national Sales reps (TV, Radio and Digital) on ongoing daily requests on ratings and client support.
  • For National clients, develop and monitor TV and Radio buys and Post Buy reports as required.
  • Work closely with Programming to support local Production teams reporting on programming performance and competitive activity and identifying key opportunities and threats.
  • Run TV programming performance reports as required.
  • Assist on communicating concerns and monitoring Nielsen's TV local panel performance and follow up on requests.
  • Assist in preparing professional presentations using effective visuals to communicate data/info in an easily digestible manner with clear takeaways.
