HHM Talent is assisting a VC backed client in their search for a Strategic Projects Lead in San Francisco, CA. About the Company This client is an AI research lab building frontier datasets and experimentation platforms that help push the capabilities of foundation models. Their customers include the world's leading AI labs, and they work directly with frontier model developers to generate next-generation datasets. The company is based in San Francisco and backed by a number of well recognized VC firms. Position Overview This is a founding operations leadership role working directly with the executive team across product development, AI research, customer delivery, and company operations. The Strategic Projects Lead owns delivery of high-value contracts with frontier AI labs, manage teams of domain experts, interface directly with AI researchers, and execute critical company initiatives. This is an extremely high-agency, execution-focused role designed for people who thrive in demanding startup environments.
