Position Overview
This is a founding operations leadership role working directly with the executive team across product development, AI research, customer delivery, and company operations. The Strategic Projects Lead owns delivery of high-value contracts with frontier AI labs, manage teams of domain experts, interface directly with AI researchers, and execute critical company initiatives. This is an extremely high-agency, execution-focused role designed for people who thrive in demanding startup environments.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of exceptional execution in high-pressure environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for AI and entrepreneurship

• Ability to own large, ambiguous projects
• Willingness to work 60-70+ hours per week
• Comfortable working 6-7 days per week
• Must work in-person in San Francisco
