About The Position

We are seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to join our fast-paced, scaling startup. For the last year, our core engineering team has built an AI agent platform from the ground up. As usage scales by orders of magnitude, we need someone to drive the necessary scaling of our workflows, systems, and processes. This role involves taking operational work currently spread across founders and operators and making it coherent. You will focus on areas such as operating leverage, function building, project ownership, and founder leverage.

Requirements

• Proven track record of running projects end to end and demonstrating their outcomes.
• Experience as a founder, early operator at a fast-growing company, Chief of Staff, or someone who has shipped real strategic work.
• Strong bias to action; ability to ship outcomes, not just memos.
• Proactive problem-solver who does not escalate problems but solves them.
• Low ego; willing to tackle any important problem regardless of perceived status.

Responsibilities

• Turn operational work spread across founders and operators into something coherent.
• Design workflows, processes, and tooling to increase operating leverage and allow the company to run faster without adding headcount.
• Transform ad hoc operational areas into real systems that run the company outside of product and growth.
• Own messy and multi-person projects that do not have a clear home, running them end to end.
• Provide pre-thinking, prep, and follow-through for founders on strategic work to make them more effective.
