About The Position
Our client, an AI data devtools startup, is seeking Strategic Projects Associates to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of AI, operations, and strategy while helping build foundational infrastructure for the next generation of AI systems.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Leadership experience as a founder or leader of a prominent organization or club at a top university
- Internship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, quant roles, product management, or leading tech startups
- Top-tier university background or another strong signal of excellence (e.g., founding and scaling a company)
- STEM degree preferred
- Exceptional ownership mentality, initiative, and resilience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with AI tools or basic coding ability is a plus
- Technical fluency, or experience using AI tools such as Claude is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with leading AI labs to help build next-generation datasets that advance the capabilities of cutting-edge AI systems while generating revenue for the company
- Manage and coordinate teams of subject-matter experts across fields such as finance, software engineering, and law
- Develop sales memos, data samples, and materials that support partnerships and business development efforts
- Support a variety of operational and strategic initiatives across the organization
Benefits
- OTE: 160k to 220k (bonus) & equity
