About The Position

The Strategic Project Manager advances Unbridled’s enterprise priorities by leading company-level projects across Shared Services, including Finance, HR, Learning & Development, Marketing, and other cross-functional initiatives. Reporting to Learning & Development, this role is responsible for turning strategic priorities into clear plans, coordinated workstreams, and measurable progress from kickoff through implementation. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business, this person helps improve operational effectiveness by organizing work, clarifying processes, supporting adoption of new tools and ways of working, and ensuring teams have the documentation and training resources needed for success. This role also co-manages GRC-related policy and compliance by maintaining documentation, tracking requirements, and keeping related systems current and organized. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who is flexible and enjoys bringing structure to complex work, collaborating across teams, and helping initiatives move from idea to execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, shared services, or a related business function.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and strategically connecting projects, priorities, and outcomes to drive cohesive, enterprise-wide impact.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of following through on details and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and keep teams aligned.
  • Working knowledge of business functions such as finance, human resources, marketing, operations, or systems implementation.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
  • Experience working in Learning Management Systems and creating documentation, training materials, or process guides that support team adoption and consistency.
  • Ability to work effectively at all organizational levels across teams and with individuals from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.

Nice To Haves

  • Corporate Event Management experience a plus.
  • Experience supporting policy, compliance, audit readiness, or GRC-related processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead company-level and Shared Services projects from planning through implementation, including process improvements, systems initiatives, and cross-functional operational priorities.
  • Build project plans, define milestones, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and maintain accountability to deliverables.
  • Partner with leadership and functional teams to translate goals into actionable work plans and keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Prepare and communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to support visibility and informed decision-making.
  • Support change management for assigned initiatives by helping teams adopt new processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Improve organizational clarity by documenting workflows, creating process resources, and refining tools that support consistency across teams.
  • Develop or coordinate training materials, job aids, and internal resources for systems, processes, and policy changes.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to create training and development resources that build shared understanding and adoption across the organization.
  • Facilitate meetings or training sessions as needed to support implementation, communication, and team readiness.
  • Support the maintenance of policy, risk, control, or compliance documentation to keep information organized, current, and accessible.
  • Co-manage GRC-related system administration and coordination, helping ensure records, ownership, and requirements remain accurate and up to date.
  • Track deadlines, training needs, and follow-up items related to compliance and policy initiatives.
  • Partner with functional leaders to support practical, well-communicated compliance processes that align with business needs.
  • Contribute to other internal projects and priorities as needed.
