About The Position

The Strategic Project Lead will lead coding and software-engineering data programmes supporting advanced AI model training. The role owns end-to-end delivery of coding-data pipelines, from initial requirements through production execution and delivery, ensuring alignment across quality, timelines, technical specifications, and stakeholder expectations. The position combines software-engineering fluency with operational leadership, data-driven decision-making, automation, and disciplined execution across complex technical programmes. The role drives scalable workflow automation, establishes technical task specifications and quality standards, monitors pipeline performance, and coordinates software-engineering experts, reviewers, technical staff, internal teams, client-facing teams, and external stakeholders. It also incorporates client feedback, audit findings, and performance data to improve programme quality and operations. Pipeline priorities, delivery requirements, and technical specifications may evolve according to programme and client needs.
