  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related fields
  • 1–3 years of professional experience
  • Early-career profile seeking accelerated exposure to executive-level work and industrial operations

  • Experience in project coordination or cross-functional work preferred
  • Exposure to automotive, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Managing Directors on strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives
  • Support integration activities across acquired and existing operations
  • Identify and evaluate business development opportunities and partnerships
  • Lead and support cross-functional strategic projects
  • Prepare executive presentations, analyses, and other presentation materials as assigned
  • Conduct market analysis to support decision-making
  • Coordinate stakeholder alignment
  • Support executive meeting preparation, scheduling, travel coordination, and follow-ups
  • Track key milestones, deliverables, and transformation initiatives
  • Support internal communication and change management activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned
