They will lead the development and execution of strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction and portfolio growth, translating market intelligence into actionable roadmaps, business cases, and investment decisions. The role involves managing cross-functional initiatives from product development through market introduction, ensuring alignment with senior leadership. Responsibilities include crafting compelling value propositions, market positioning, and launch collateral, collaborating with R&D, Strategy, Commercial, Pricing, and Controlling to optimize the portfolio lifecycle, defining go-to-market plans, monitoring competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback, and interacting with customers. The role also requires preparing presentations for sponsors and senior management to secure buy-in for strategic investments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, balancing multiple projects with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. This role involves limited domestic and international travel.
