About The Position

At FIS, our technology and our people are moving forward. We advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. We believe in building inclusive, diverse teams. Together, we innovate to help our colleagues, clients and communities succeed. If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS? About the role: As a Strategic Product Manager, you will own product strategy and commercialization for products within the IBS Core value stream. You will ground product direction in evidence—research, analytics, client input, and competitive intelligence—and translate it into strategy artifacts, a multi-release roadmap, and measurable outcomes. You will run an operating rhythm that enables leadership decisions and aligns teams across IBS, including a coordinated approach to AI and non-AI enhancements. You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX, sales, support, operations, and risk/compliance to deliver outcomes, guide investment decisions through business cases, and drive go-to-market readiness and adoption. About the team: You will join a team of experienced product managers working across core banking, sales and service, data and analytics, and open APIs to deliver new products and enhancements for a rapidly changing fintech landscape.

  • Experience leading go-to-market planning and launch readiness (positioning, enablement, and adoption), including pricing/packaging inputs.
  • Polished communication skills and executive presence; comfortable presenting decision materials, demos, and updates to varied audiences.
  • Knowledge of banking industry concepts and associated products; experience with core banking solutions and loan operations is desired and experience with IBS a plus.
  • General business skills, financial planning discipline, long-term vision, and strong stakeholder management.
