About The Position

The Strategic Planning Manager reports directly to the Director of Development Finance and serves as a key business partner to the senior management team. The role also works across operations, development, accounting and FP&A to source inputs, validate assumptions and reconcile the LRP to budgets, forecasts and actual results. It drives continuous improvement to the model and planning process, including scenario-planning, reporting and integration with OneStream or other planning systems, and handles other assigned analysis and duties.
